2. What Personal Data We Collect
Contact details (name, email, phone/WhatsApp number) when you message us or subscribe to updates.
Order and account data (name, billing address, email, purchased products, transaction ID). Payment card/bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Ablefy.
Content of your communications with us via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, collected via cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Providing and fulfilling course/service purchases — performance of a contract.
Responding to inquiries via email/WhatsApp/Telegram — performance of a contract / legitimate interest.
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4) — consent, collected via our cookie banner.
Advertising and retargeting (Meta Pixel) — consent, collected via our cookie banner.
Complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use our website. 6. Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure advertising effectiveness and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Data may be transferred to servers in the United States, based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. The Meta Pixel is only activated after you consent via our cookie banner. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta Ad Settings.
7. Ablefy (Payment Processing and Digital Content Delivery)
We use Ablefy to process orders, handle payment, issue invoices/receipts, and deliver digital course content and member access. Ablefy processes personal and payment data on our behalf and/or, depending on the applicable service model, as an independent controller for payment, invoicing, and fraud-prevention purposes.
8. WhatsApp Business
We offer customer support via WhatsApp Business, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta. Message content is end-to-end encrypted, but certain metadata (phone number, profile information, timestamps) is processed per the WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms and Meta’s Privacy Policy. This data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.
9. Telegram
We may also offer support via Telegram, provided by Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Messenger Inc. Standard Telegram chats are stored on Telegram’s servers. By messaging us on Telegram, you consent to the processing of your message data in accordance with Telegram’s Privacy Policy.
10. Framer (Website Hosting)
Our website is built and hosted using Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands). Framer may process technical data such as IP address and request logs to serve the website, and may set essential cookies required for the site to function.
11. International Data Transfers
Given our use of Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other international providers, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the country where you are located, including the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf (Ablefy, Google, Meta, WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram, Framer, and any email/support tools we use), professional advisers where necessary, and authorities, regulators, or courts where required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
