Right of Withdrawal
This policy sets out the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers under EU consumer-protection law (in particular the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). We apply this policy to all consumer purchases made through our website as a matter of policy, regardless of your location, unless stated otherwise for a specific product at checkout.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result.
Early Expiry — Digital Content
If the contract is for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. course access, streaming, or downloadable material), your right of withdrawal expires early if: we have begun performance of the contract; you had given your prior express consent to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period; and you had acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
In practice: at checkout, you will be asked to actively confirm that you want immediate access to the digital content and that you understand you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted. If you do not give this consent, we will not grant you access until the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Early Expiry — Services (e.g. Live Coaching)
If the contract is for a service (e.g. a live coaching call or session) rather than digital content, and you have expressly requested that we begin performance during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay us an amount proportionate to what was provided up to the point you informed us of your withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the contract.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content once fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment as described above, or to any other category of contract excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.
