Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website operated by Bella Aesthetic Academy L.L.C-FZ, trading as “Bella Aestetics” (the “Website”), and the purchase of any digital courses, training programs, coaching, consultancy services, or other digital content offered on it (the “Services”).

Provider: Bella Aesthetic Academy L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade License No. 2540085.01. Email: info@bella-aestetics.com

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms. Certain provisions, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers.

1. Description of the Services

Bella Aesthetic Academy provides digital, educational content relating to the aesthetics and beauty industry, which may include online courses, video training, downloadable materials, live or recorded coaching sessions, and related consultancy content (“Content”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Services are delivered entirely online/digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Services.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By completing checkout (operated via our third-party payment and delivery platform, currently Ablefy) and submitting your payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected Services. A contract is concluded when we accept your order, either by sending a confirmation email or granting you access to the purchased Content — whichever occurs first.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Where legally required, applicable VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout by our payment provider.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment and checkout providers: Ablefy for online courses and digital content, and Stripe for places in our live events. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card or bank details.

5. Delivery and Access to Digital Content

Following successful payment, you will receive access credentials or instructions for the purchased Content, typically via email and/or our course/member platform.

Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, the access period for online Content is the one stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Where no period is stated, access is granted for as long as the Content remains available on our platform.

6. Live Events and In-Person Training

In addition to digital Content, we offer in-person training events held in Dubai (each a “Live Event”). The date, duration, price and number of places for each Live Event are stated on the Website and at checkout. Places are limited and are allocated in the order in which payments are received. Your place is confirmed by email.

Live Events are intended for qualified practitioners. By booking, you confirm that you hold the professional qualifications and, where applicable, the licences required in your own country to perform the techniques taught. We may ask for proof of qualification and may refuse attendance and refund the fee in full if it is not provided.

The fee covers attendance, the materials and products used during the training, and supervised practice on live models arranged by us. It does not cover travel, accommodation, visa costs, insurance, or any other expenses incurred in connection with your attendance.

Cancellation by you: you may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the first day of the Live Event and receive a full refund. Between 30 and 14 days before the first day, 50 percent of the fee is refunded. Within 14 days of the first day the fee is not refundable, but you may transfer your place to another qualified practitioner by giving us their details in writing before the event.

Cancellation or postponement by us: if we cancel a Live Event, you receive a full refund. If we postpone it, you may either take the new date or receive a full refund. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you have already incurred.

Live models: supervised practice on live models forms part of the programme. You will follow the instructions of the supervising trainer at all times and remain responsible for your own professional conduct and for compliance with the rules that apply to you. Section 9 (Nature of the Content — No Medical Service; Practitioner Responsibility) applies to Live Events in full.

Photography and filming: we may take photographs and video at Live Events for documentation and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in them, tell us in writing before or at the start of the event and we will respect that.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Full details are set out in our Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. License to Use Content / Intellectual Property

All Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remains the property of Bella Aesthetic Academy or its licensors. Upon full payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Content for your own private or internal professional education. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, redistribute, or share your access credentials, or remove proprietary notices.

A breach of this clause entitles us to revoke your access without refund.

9. Nature of the Content — No Medical Service; Practitioner Responsibility

Bella Aesthetic Academy is a provider of educational and training content, not a medical or healthcare provider. Nothing in the Services constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation for a specific treatment for any individual.

Where Content depicts aesthetic or cosmetic techniques (including injectable or other non-surgical procedures), this is provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. It is not an instruction, endorsement, or authorization for you to perform such techniques.

Performing aesthetic, cosmetic, or injectable procedures on any person is a regulated activity in most countries. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with the laws, licensing requirements, and professional standards that apply to you before performing, offering, or advertising any technique referenced in the Content.

We accept no liability for any injury, harm, damage, regulatory consequence, or third-party claim arising from performing a technique referenced in the Content without holding the necessary qualifications, licenses, or approvals.

10. No Guarantee of Results

The Content is educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, career, business, or financial success. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies referenced are illustrative and individual results will vary.

11. Customer Obligations

You agree to provide accurate registration and order information, keep login credentials confidential, use the Services only for lawful purposes, and not attempt to circumvent any access or copy-protection mechanisms.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Ablefy (payment processing and digital content delivery), Stripe (payment processing for live event bookings), WhatsApp and Telegram (customer communication), and Framer (website hosting). Your use of these platforms is also subject to their own terms of service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are liable without limitation for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and for death, personal injury, or health damage caused by our negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as described above. Statutory liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law remains unaffected.

14. Term, Termination and Data Protection

Where a Service is a one-time purchase, these Terms apply for as long as your access to the relevant Content subsists. We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect in case of a material breach of these Terms.

Information on how we collect, use, and protect personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Consumers habitually resident in the European Union (or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections) retain the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country in addition to the courts of Dubai.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order.
